“Advanced Physical Design in Nanoscale Analog CMOS†at the Advances in Analogue Circuit Design 2010
Tanner EDA Technical Advisory Board Member Dr. Lanny Lewyn will present his invited paper “Advanced Physical Design in Nanoscale Analog CMOS†at the Advances in Analogue Circuit Design 2010 (AACD 2010) Conference convening at the Graz University of Technology, Austria. March 23-25, 2010.
The aim of the workshop is to bring together a restricted group of less than 100 people who are personally advancing the frontiers of analog circuit design, and to brainstorm on new possibilities and future developments.
Dr. Lewyn will discuss physical design strategies that will help mitigate several of the lithographic and stress effects that are becoming more of an obstacle to successful analog design at 45nm and beyond. He will also discuss dimensionless design approaches using a condensed set of restrictive design rules (RDR) that will allow engineers to increase their contributions to the difficult portions of the physical design. *For more information on this conference, please visit the AACD 2010 website
