PicoDyne, founded in 1997, is a fabless semiconductor company providing Ultra-Low-Power and Radiation Tolerant chips to space, military, and commercial customers. The company has patented design techniques and circuits to prevent upsets in digital circuitry from cosmic and terrestrial radiation sources. Its unique foundry process allows for circuit operation at levels down to 0.5Volts in radiation tolerant or pure commercial circuits for substantially reduced power. These processes are available through the use of Standard Cell Libraries for synthesis or conversion of existing designs.
