Hiper PX updates?

When is the Hiper PX extractor due for an update? In the release notes it seems it hasn't
had an update for a while. The Delft Space website isn't working at the moment so
I can't check when they last updated their code.

The Space site is now working again.
The latest release of the tool is Jan. 13, 2012, version 5.4.4
but the version in Tanner seems to be two versions previous to that Mar. 23, 2010, version 5.4.2

We're updating to their latest build as part of our V15.20 release, which should be out within the next few weeks.

Did the latest update make it into 15.20?
It isn't mentioned in the release notes.
