"I am in the process of creating a design kit for our in-house foundry and am currently setting up s-edit.
I have imported the libraries SPICE_Commands and SPICE_Elements. The symbols in these libraries are considerably bigger than the devices in the in-house libraries.
Is there a way of making the spice library symbols smaller without modifying each one individually

You can use the following TCL command to rescale your libraries.
design scale -numerator <numerator> -denominator <denominator>
You can type the command in the S-Edit command window. You need to choose proper numerator and denominator values to match the devices sizes between different libraries.
