ignore an instance during SPICE Export

Is there a way of placing some sort of \"ignore\" tag on an instance so that it doesn\'t get netlisted?
We have some standard cell schematics from foundry which have a TITLE block and a frame around the schematic and these two instances are netlisted. The simulator obviously doesn\'t understand these lines and gives an error.
Painful to delete these lines by hand all the time.

You will need to design the following property inside the symbol for title block and frame:
SPICE.OUTPUT = []
Also make sure to have SPICE.PRIMITIVE=True.
