L-Edit hangs when Formatting Text

Hi,

I am trying to add some text to my mask data. I am using Draw -> Text to Layout -> Convert Formatted Text to Layout. Often the feature hangs the software and I need to use the Task Manager to terminate the application.

The text is too large. It seems to work with size "3" which turns out to be 3 mm in height. I want the text smaller. More like 1 - 2 mm in height. Why is it hanging? How can I make the text smaller?

Hi Brian,

It is strange that L-Edit hangs during the layout text generation. We have not see this happening so far. Can you send your layout file to support@tanner.com so we can take a closer look at it?
