Is there a way to get L-edit to show the n and p type transistors better ? I have a hard time telling them apart since only the very lightly colored well is different. I am used to 'magic' where n type are green and p type are brown.

Hi Jill,
You can set the rendering for a layer by using Setup > Layers, select the layer and use the "Rendering" tab to change the color of the layer. Please refer to chapter 2 in L-Edit manual for Layer Setup documentation.
