How to scale design in S-Edit?

Here is the email that I sent to the customer regarding design scale:

Change the locator bar to Internal Units "IU" temporarily so that you can easily find out the scaling factor.

Now open Schematic Grids settings and you will see the value of Snap Grid in internal units (iu).

Let’s say you want to add design A to design B. Open both the designs and note down the snap grids in iu. Open design B and use design scale command.
design scale –numerator SGA –denominator SGB
here, SGA is the Snap Grid of design A in iu
SGB is the Snap Grid of design B in iu

After this change the Schematic Units and then Schematic Grids settings of design B to match with that of design A. You can then press Save to the {project setup folder} to make sure the design stays saved with the new settings.

Now, you can use design B as a library in design A and everything should be on grid.

Personally, I think those who are carrying the FUD theme along are jeulaos of the progress you and the other developers have made with Inworldz.I'm sure there are a fair share of OpenSim coders who would just love it if you handed everything over and saved them some work but you nailed THAT one on the head. They'd fold it into their own commercial grids and it would further them, but nobody else.More and more Inworldz residents are starting blogs, so one can hope that the positive will soon outweigh the negative.Reminds me of something I heard over on the SL Merchants group "Inworldz has copybotted content". The girl repeating it was doing just that repeating something she'd heard without any proof. I patiently explained that Inworldz has a firm DMCA policy in place and, should ANYONE find their content to be there when it shouldn't be, they can use it to gain redress.
